Here are the instructions to turnoff the Adobe Acrobat plug-in. IF you are unable to see the images. The instructions are also attached.  

ERROR Running Administration Record in Google Chrome

 

Symptom / Error - 

Issue is with Adobe Acrobat / Chrome Plug in

Resolution – 

1. Check to assure pop-up blockers are turned off.
2. Have the user open Adobe Acrobat by opening from the Programs Menu
3. In Acrobat
   1. Click on Edit
   2. Select Preferences from the Menu
   3. On the List of Categories select Internet

1. On the following window – uncheck “Display In Read Mode be Default and click OK. Then recheck.

 

1. Test to see if the user can run the Administration Record.
2. If that does not work then:
   1. In Chrome
   2. Go to Settings
   3. On the left side choose Extensions
   4. Disable the extension by clicking on the circle to turn it from Blue to Gray.

1. Test to see if the user can run the Administration Report.
2. Test to assure that another PDF Report in PCC can be run. Ex: Orders Listing Report.
