Many times there are issues within PCC that can be resolved with clearing cache.
Google Chrome
NOTE: This will remove some stored cookies and browsing history.
Click on the three dots (upper right corner of you Chrome browser window) 

The following menu will display:

Click on Settings
Type Cache in “Search Settings”

Click on Clear Browsing history.
The following "Clear Browsing History" window will display.

Leave all options checked and click on "Clear Data"
Close your browser.
Reopen and log into PCC.
Microsoft EDGE
Delete cache and cookies in the new Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.
