Many times there are issues within PCC that can be resolved with clearing cache.
Here are the instructions for clearing the cache.
Please, note you must select the time period of all time and make sure you close the browser completely after saving.
NOTE: This will remove some stored cookies and browsing history.
Click on the three dots (upper right corner of you Chrome browser window) 
The following menu will display:
Click on Settings
Type Cache in “Search Settings”
Click on Clear Browsing history.
The following "Clear Browsing History" window will display. Please note: "All Time" must be selected in "Time Range," otherwise you may continue to experience issues.
Leave all options checked and click on "Clear Data"
CLOSE ALL OPEN WINDOWS/BROWSER
RESTART your Computer
Reopen Google Chrome and log into PCC.
