Request to create a new User in PCC in 2 easy steps

Step One:  New User fills out and signs EMR Form

Step Two:  Create a support request to add the New User to PCC and send EMR form. (Provide name of facility, full name and job title of new user in the request)

You can create the support ticket 3 ways – from within PCC, send an email to the EHR support or call the after-hours support line.

Method 1: Creating a ticket within PointClickCare

To open a ticket in PCC – Hover over the home screen. Click on External Links. Select CHC Support Desk

Method 2: Open a ticket via email to  ehrsupport@centershealthcare.org 

 

Method 3: For after hours (5pm to 9 am) or weekend - 

 

After Hours and weekend Support to create a new user, please call

If requestor does not have access to email – can FAX form to EHR Team directly  (917) 983-2802

 

Support Turn Around Time Expectations:

User Access Request – When the proper EMR release form is included in the ticket the typical turn around for granting access is 2 hours during normal business hours.
