PCC Orientation Check List for MDS RN or LPN Coordinator or Assessor

Attached is the PCC Orientation Check List for MDS RN or LPN Coordinator or Assessor. This checklist has been designed for PCC training to be given by a super user who is familiar with all parts of PCC as it relates to the MDS position or by an EHR Team member as the Trainer. 

MDS Coordinators/Accessors should complete part 1 of the training if they are new to Centers Health Care, New to PCC, or have never received training from the EHR team for Centers Health Care.

MDS Coordinators that only need the PCC training for MDS functions can skip to either Part 2 or Part 3.
